2. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days, but external factors like weather may cause delays. Track your package for the most accurate date.
3. If the package is missing or tracking shows “delivered” but not received, contact customer service within 30 days. For all other issues, reach out within 30 days of the order date.

About Shipping Protection:
What Does Shipping Protection Cover?
• Damage: Covers items that are unusable or in unacceptable condition but excludes cosmetic damage, manufacturing defects, or packaging errors. Compensation is capped at the purchase value.
• Loss: Covers domestic packages not delivered within 30 days (60 days for international). If marked “delivered” but missing, claims require proof such as a police report or carrier documentation.
What Items Are Not Covered?
Includes high-value jewelry, live animals, cash, fine arts (over $10,000), and fragile or specialized items like glass, pharmaceuticals, or raw materials.
Limits of Liability
• Up to 5000 currency units per package based on the store’s transaction currency.
How to File a Claim
1. Visit the Resolution Center.
2. Enter your email and order number.
3. Submit documents per claim type.
4. Approved claims receive compensation via prepaid credit card; denied claims receive email notifications.
When to File a Claim
• Loss: Report within 90 days of order date (or within 7 days if marked “delivered”).
